FA Machining Technician – Turning (m/f/d)

Position: FA Machining Technician – Turning

Location: Unterluss, Germany

Field: Defence

Type: Full-time

Tasks:

• Setup and operation of CNC-controlled lathes
• Monitoring and optimization of manufacturing processes
• Quality control of manufactured workpieces according to technical specifications, including worker self-inspection
• Maintenance and upkeep of machines (TPM)
• Analysis and elimination of sources of error
• Operation of an automation system with ABB robots
• Operation of SAP and production data acquisition (BDE) systems
  
  

Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d) or
  comparable qualification
• Professional experience in operating CNC machines and robotics
• Proficiency in operating CNC controls and the ability to accurately read
• CNC programs
• Proficiency in working with technical drawings and conventional measuring instruments
• Ability to work precisely and independently, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a multi-shift operation
