About the job Performance Marketing Specialist

Performance Marketing Specialist (PPC)

Office Location: Navy, Commercial Plaza, Street 2, No:73 Block D Naval Anchorage, Islamabad

Timing: 6PM to 3AM Monday To Friday

Salary: 200k

About the role

We're an ecommerce business selling packaging supplies across a large, fast-moving catalog. We're looking for a hands-on PPC Specialist to independently own and scale our paid search and Shopping program. This is a sole-contributor role — you'll be the person running paid, end to end, with no team beneath you and no one to hand execution off to. You'll report to your manager, but the day-to-day building, optimizing, and troubleshooting is all yours. We want a builder and a doer who's happiest in the account, not someone looking to manage people.

What you'll own

  • Plan, build, and optimize Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns against ROAS and revenue targets — entirely on your own

  • Own the Google Merchant Center feed end to end — disapprovals, title/attribute/image optimization, and structuring the feed to maximize Shopping visibility across our catalog

  • Manage bids, budgets, and pacing daily; reallocate spend toward top-performing products and categories

  • Run keyword research, build negative keyword lists, and continuously refine account structure

  • Design and execute A/B tests on ad copy, bidding, and campaign structure

  • Maintain conversion tracking (GA4, Google Ads conversions) and resolve discrepancies yourself

  • Analyze performance and report weekly/monthly on spend, ROAS, CPA, and growth opportunities

  • Stay current on Google Ads and Shopping changes and adapt fast

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years hands-on managing Google Ads, with a meaningful Shopping/ecommerce component

  • A track record of running accounts solo and hitting ROAS/CPA targets without a team backing you up

  • Working knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product feed management

  • Comfort with GA4 and conversion tracking fundamentals

  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills and real comfort with data

  • Self-directed and resourceful — you diagnose and fix problems on your own

  • Sharp attention to detail; you catch the small stuff

  • Google Ads certification a plus

Nice to have

  • Experience with a high-SKU / large-catalog account

  • Feed management tools (e.g., Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch) or a strong feed-rules mindset

  • B2B or industrial/supplies ecommerce background

  • Exposure to Amazon Ads
