We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer who can professionally manage site execution and maintain the company's construction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage complete site execution from grey structure to finishing works
• Ensure all construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and site productivity to ensure timely completion
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain strict quality control standards
• Review construction drawings and provide practical technical solutions on-site
• Manage material planning, site resources, labor, and subcontractor coordination efficiently
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation
• Ensure implementation of safety regulations and professional site discipline
• Resolve technical and operational issues effectively during project execution
• Attend client and consultant meetings and represent the company professionally
• Ensure projects are completed within approved budget and deadlines
• Vendor and procurement coordination
• Client dealing and progress presentations
• Cost monitoring and wastage control
• Site branding and professional reporting
• Snagging and quality assurance before handover

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5–6 years of professional experience in construction and site management
• Strong knowledge of site execution, RCC works, finishing works, and project coordination
• Experience in high-end residential and commercial projects preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings accurately
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project coordination tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work professionally under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
