Manager Sales (Islamabad)

Industry Overview: Lighting Industry – Companies dealing in architectural, commercial, industrial and decorative lighting solutions. Recruit candidates with experience in lighting, electrical products, switchgear, cables, electrical equipment or other building-material B2B industries.

Job Title: Manager Sales

Industry: Lighting

Location: Near Amazon Mall, GT Road, Islamabad

Timings: 10 am to 7 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: Fuel Allowance + PKR 100,000 + Commission

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

· Build relationships with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Developers.

· Generate leads and achieve sales targets.

· Conduct technical assessments and recommend lighting solutions.

· Prepare quotations and cost estimates.

· Lead and coordinate sales and pre-sales activities.

· Manage project pipeline and client engagement.

· Conduct site visits and strengthen client relationships.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Key Requirements

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Target-driven with strong B2B sales approach.

· MS Office proficiency.

· Ability to interpret Architectural and Electrical drawings.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD, DIALux, or Relux is an advantage.
