Head of Information Technology - Onsite - Night Shift
Job Purpose:
The Head of IT will lead the organization's overall technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, infrastructure management, cybersecurity framework, and IT operations. The role is responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient technology systems that support business continuity, operational excellence, innovation, and future growth.
The incumbent will act as a strategic business partner by aligning technology capabilities with organizational objectives while fostering a culture of innovation, governance, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business goals.
* Lead digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives.
* Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies, risks, and opportunities.
* Establish IT governance frameworks, standards, and policies.
* Drive innovation, automation, and operational efficiency across departments.
* Oversee the management of servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, databases, and enterprise systems.
* Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of IT systems.
* Manage ERP, HRMS, CRM, cloud platforms, and business applications.
* Develop and implement robust cybersecurity frameworks and data protection strategies.
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, legal, and information security standards.
* Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and disaster recovery planning.
* Lead incident response and business continuity planning activities.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and end-user support services.
* Define IT service standards, SLAs, and support processes.
* Manage IT helpdesk operations and service improvement initiatives.
* Ensure effective vendor management and technology procurement.
* Lead enterprise-wide technology implementation projects.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.
* Drive process automation and systems integration initiatives.
* Ensure successful change management and user adoption strategies.
* Build and lead a high-performing IT team.
* Develop succession planning, technical capability development, and performance management processes.
* Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
* Prepare and manage annual IT budgets and technology investments.
* Monitor IT expenditures and optimize operational costs.
* Evaluate ROI for technology initiatives and vendor partnerships.
Educational Qualification:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
* Master's degree will be preferred.
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience:
* 10–15+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
* Experience managing enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, cloud technologies, and digital transformation projects.
* Strong exposure to IT governance, compliance, and business continuity planning.
