Sage Intacct Dashboard and Reporting Specialist (2026 R3 or earlier)

· Salary: USD 700–1,600/month, depending on experience.

· Working hours: US Central Time, 8 AM–5 PM CT, with 1-hour dinner break + two 15-minute breaks. Approximately 6 PM–3 AM PKT

· currently payment is in USD and not through the Pakistan entity, with no tax deduction at this point
· Interview: 2–3 rounds; final round directly with the US client/manager.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sage Intacct Dashboard and Reporting Specialist with 5–10 years of hands-on reporting and analytics experience, including deep, demonstrable expertise building dashboards and reports natively within Sage Intacct (2026 R3 or earlier). You will design and deliver the reporting layer for a US-based client across the whole organization – finance, operations, sales and other functions – translating what each department actually needs into Sage Intacct Dashboards, Interactive Custom Reports, Interactive Visual Explorer views and dimension-driven reporting. You will act as the reporting lead and direct point of contact for the client, working US Central Time Zone hours. Power BI and Excel experience is a valuable secondary skill for extended analytics, but the core of this role is building inside Sage Intacct. Lahore-based candidates are preferred; we are open to remote within Pakistan for the right person. An immediate start is strongly preferred; if you are serving notice, we are open to you joining part-time in the interim and moving to full-time on completion. Appointment is subject to a satisfactory police character certificate and background verification.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, build and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards and reports natively in Sage Intacct – Dashboards, Interactive Custom Reports, Interactive Visual Explorer and Financial Report Writer – from requirements through to rollout and user adoption.

· Deliver reporting across every function, not just finance: operational, sales and departmental reporting alongside P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and budget vs actual, each tailored to the audience that will use it.

· Run requirements gathering with department heads and process owners across the client's organization – interviewing stakeholders, defining the metrics that matter, and challenging requests that will not stand up in practice.

· Own the Sage Intacct reporting foundation – dimension structure (entity, department, location, class, project, customer, vendor), chart of accounts and account groups – so entity-level and consolidated views reconcile to the general ledger.

· Automate delivery and monitoring using scheduled report runs, dashboard subscriptions and Smart Events / alerts, so recipients receive what they need without manual intervention.

· Serve as the reporting lead and day-to-day point of contact for the US-based client – presenting dashboards, running review calls and handling change requests during US Central Time Zone hours.

· Extend reporting beyond Sage Intacct where required, using Excel, the Sage Intacct Web Services API or Power BI to combine Sage data with other sources.

· Establish reporting standards, data validation checks, user training and documentation, and continuously improve report performance, accuracy and usability.

Requirements

· 5–10 years of hands-on reporting and analytics experience, including senior-level ownership of reporting solutions delivered end to end.

· Expert-level, hands-on Sage Intacct reporting build experience (2026 R3 or earlier) – Dashboards, Interactive Custom Reports, Interactive Visual Explorer, Financial Report Writer, account groups, computations and report filters. This is the non-negotiable core of the role.

· Strong command of the Sage Intacct dimension model – entity, department, location, class, project, customer and vendor dimensions – and multi-entity / consolidated reporting.

· Either a business analysis background (requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, translating business questions into reporting specifications) or a finance / accounting background (month-end close, financial statements, management reporting). Whichever route, you must have working financial literacy and the ability to run requirements sessions with non-finance departments.

· Proven track record of direct communication with US clients, written and verbal – excellent spoken and written English, requirements gathering and presenting to senior stakeholders with a professional client-facing manner.

· Advanced Excel. Power BI, SQL or Sage Intacct Web Services API experience is a strong plus but secondary to Sage-native build depth.

· Availability to join immediately, or to work part-time through a notice period before moving to full-time.

· Able to work US Central Time Zone hours on a sustained basis.

· Willing and able to provide a police character certificate and clear pre-employment background and reference verification. This is a condition of appointment, as the role has direct access to a US client's financial data.

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field; a Sage Intacct certification, Microsoft PL-300 or a professional accounting qualification (ACCA / CA / CMA – part-qualified acceptable) preferred.

Work Arrangement

· Full-time role. We are not recruiting for a permanent part-time position.

· Immediate start strongly preferred. If you are serving a notice period, we are open to you joining part-time during that period and moving to full-time on completion – tell us the hours you could commit and your confirmed full-time start date.

· Lahore-based candidates preferred. Fully remote within Pakistan will be considered for an exceptional candidate with the Sage Intacct depth this role requires.

· Hours aligned to the US Central Time Zone, working directly with the US-based client.
