Location: Private Residence, Palm Jumeirah (Accommodation provided - 5 min from residence)

Salary: AED 4,000/month

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Staff member to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization within a private residence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work efficiently during both off-season and peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the residence

• Maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and outdoor/entry areas to a high standard

• Handle laundry duties (washing, ironing, folding, wardrobe organization)

• Conduct deep cleaning tasks as scheduled (windows, upholstery, appliances, etc.)

• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals/equipment and follow safety procedures

• Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies; report low stock and request replacements

• Handle waste disposal and maintain hygiene standards throughout the home

• Support preparations when the owner/guests are in town (extra room setup, extended hours, quick turnaround cleaning)

• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for privacy at all times

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in housekeeping/cleaning (any industry)

• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and safe chemical handling

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high standards consistently
