Job Summary

A well-established organization in the UAE is looking to hire a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, preferably within the events industry or a marketing agency, with strong expertise in social media management, content planning, and account management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong creative capabilities and hands-on execution skills to manage multiple marketing activities across various platforms and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee social media accounts across approximately 121212 main exhibition accounts.
  • Develop and execute social media content plans aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Handle end-to-end account management for marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Support overall marketing strategy with creative ideas and strong execution.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Travel outside the office as required for events and related marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+years of total experience in marketing.
  • Local UAE experience preferred.
  • Experience in the events industry is required; candidates from marketing agencies will also be considered.
  • Strong skills in social media management, content planning, and account management.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Strong overall understanding of marketing, including strategic thinking and creative capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently and deliver within set timelines.
  • Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills; bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Candidate should have their own visa.
