Job Title: Business Analyst with Technical Expertise

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Business Analyst to serve as a critical liaison between our CEO and various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and technical expertise to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions. This role requires exceptional communication skills, as the Business Analyst will be the primary point of contact for the CEO, ensuring that strategic objectives are clearly understood and implemented across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and other departments.

- Clearly communicate the CEO's strategic vision and objectives to all relevant stakeholders.

- Gather and synthesize feedback from various departments to inform CEO decision-making.

2. Business Analysis:

- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Develop and document business requirements, specifications, and processes.

- Create and maintain detailed business models, workflows, and diagrams.

3. Technical Expertise:

- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and assess their potential impact on the business.

4. Project Management:

- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones in alignment with business goals.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the CEO and other stakeholders.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for the CEO and executive team.

- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

6. Problem Solving:

- Identify and resolve issues that may impede project progress or business operations.

- Implement effective solutions and ensure their successful integration into existing processes.

- Proactively address potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably with a technical background.

- Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and technical requirements.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong project management skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working directly with executive leadership.

- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional).
