We are seeking a hands-on, results-oriented Group Marketing Manager to lead and implement marketing functions across our group of companies. While strategic vision is important, this role is geared toward a strong executor, someone who can bring existing ideas to life, drive campaigns end-to-end, monitor key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights in real-time.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for rolling out unified brand strategies, executing integrated campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all group entities. This position plays a key role in aligning marketing efforts with business goals and delivering measurable outcomes across both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the group-wide marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
- Launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business units and brands.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing real-time feedback and ROI analysis.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion through digital, CRM, and analytics platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all group entities.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team across content, digital, events, and branding.
- Optimize marketing budgets to maximize impact and return on spend.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to support go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to refine executional tactics.
- Oversee the development and timely delivery of marketing collateral and communications.
- Represent marketing at leadership meetings and deliver regular performance updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership/executional role.
- Proven track record in campaign management, performance marketing, and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C domains across multiple brands or group-level marketing.
- Strong project management, reporting, and communication skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and campaign automation.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
