Our client, a distinguished semi-government company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an Associate-Human Capital with a specialization in Talent Management.

  • Experience-3+ years

Requirements

  • The individual should have a clear understanding of program design.
  • Able to measure the effectiveness of current programs.
  • Experience as a systems admin, will support the Oracle LMS (and potentially Review our performance management system).
  • The Oracle LMS has a huge administrative requirement because the individual must create all courses for 2024 with content, learn how to give access to instructors to update attendance and materials, generate and track evaluation forms, create learning journeys, and assign mandatory courses for current and new joiners.
  • Once development plans are created, the individual would be responsible for creating the journey in the Oracle LMS and ensuring they monitor progress and report updates on a regular basis.
  • The individual would also be responsible for making sure that new joiners are given access to LinkedIn Learning and Coursera (eventually) and regular reporting until the Oracle LMS is integrated.
  • Data integrity is critical here; this requires a very strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • HR Data Analyst with an understanding of performance management, learning and development.
  • Able to build customized development plans for specific populations that come out of the HR activities.
  • He/she should have experience in Development Planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working in an environment that prioritizes data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve employee performance management processes and effectiveness of training/ development programs.
  • Solid understanding of learning and development strategies and ability to proactively recommend interventions based on the understanding of organizational needs.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Tools (Power BI and PowerApps preferred) and excellent communication skills are a must.
