Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all governmental and administrative procedures within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of end-to-end visa processing, trade licensing, and MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation) procedures. This role will involve liaising with government departments, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visa Processing: Manage and facilitate the end-to-end visa application process for employees, including residence visas, work permits, and family visas. Ensure timely submission and follow-up on applications.
- Trade License Management: Assist in the application, renewal, and modification of trade licenses in compliance with local regulations. Provide guidance on business setup processes and requirements.
- MOHRE Procedures: Stay updated on MOHRE regulations and guidelines. Process labor-related documentation, including labor cards, employment contracts, and salary certificates.
- Government Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and various government departments. Attend meetings and represent the organization in front of relevant authorities.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and submit all necessary documents and applications related to visas, trade licenses, and labor cards. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Regulatory Updates: Monitor changes in UAE labor laws and regulations and inform management of necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.
- Support Services: Provide support to employees regarding immigration and labor-related queries. Assist in onboarding new hires with necessary paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar role in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE visa processing, trade licensing, and MOHRE procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is preferred.

- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant software applications.
