Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist with strong Excel and data analysis skills. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, supporting data-driven decision-making, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the department. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, comfortable with handling large datasets, and have experience generating reports to support business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and maintaining office records.

- Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

- Analyze data using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and conditional formatting.

- Assist in preparing detailed reports, charts, and graphs to help visualize data insights.

- Manage and organize electronic files, records, and databases to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.

- Coordinate with other team members to gather, compile, and analyze data for special projects.

- Ensure timely submission of reports and documents to relevant stakeholders.

- Identify data trends and anomalies, providing insights and recommendations where appropriate.

- Support budget tracking, expense reporting, and financial analysis, as needed.

- Perform general office duties, such as managing correspondence, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory.

- Assist with the development and implementation of new processes and systems to improve workflow efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros, and complex formulas).

- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret and present data effectively.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Knowledge of database management systems or data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

- Prior experience in a similar role.
