Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service / Admin professional to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, highly organized, and proactive, with strong experience in handling orders, emails, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities

Handle order processing, respond to emails, and manage day-to-day administrative tasks.

Communicate with clients, answer phone calls, and provide product information professionally.

Address customer queries and resolve complaints to ensure a seamless experience.

Take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.

Use Outlook, Excel, and Word for customer interactions and documentation.
Key Requirements

Experience in customer service and administrative support, preferably in a similar industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional and polite demeanor.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 6 PM (1-hour lunch break)
