Customer Service / Admin/ Sales Coordinator

Our client is a renowned international textile manufacturer known for their high-quality design and interior textiles. With a portfolio of five prestigious brands, they cater to the interior design trade worldwide.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service / Admin professional to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, highly organized, and proactive, with strong experience in handling orders, emails, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle order processing, respond to emails, and manage day-to-day administrative tasks.

  • Communicate with clients, answer phone calls, and provide product information professionally.

  • Address customer queries and resolve complaints to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.

  • Use Outlook, Excel, and Word for customer interactions and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in customer service and administrative support, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional and polite demeanor.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 6 PM (1-hour lunch break)
