Private Tutor (U.S. Curriculum)

A well-established business family in Jebel Ali is seeking a female, native English-speaking private teacher to support the after-school learning journey of two children in Grade 7 & 8, following the American syllabus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and structured lessons in Math, Science, and English

• Provide individualized attention and support to ensure academic success

• Maintain continuity in learning during international travels

• Collaborate with parents to monitor progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience of American curriculum, all within the UAE

• Must be a qualified teacher from a recognized international school

• Strong command of MS Office

• Native English speaker

• Bachelors degree (Education or related field preferred)

• Preference will be given to candidates who have previously taught at the American School of Dubai or similar affiliated schools around the world, such as American Academy for Girls, ASD-Beirut, ASD-India (Delhi/Bombay).

Schedule & Commitment:

• Full-time role; teaching from 5 PM to 8/9 PM daily

• One weekly day off (excluding weekends)

• Must be open to international travel (London, Toronto, New York)
