Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is discreet, professional, and capable of handling a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations both professionally and personally.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executives calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required

Handle confidential information with discretion

Assist with personal tasks including errands, reservations etc.

Screen and manage communication (calls, emails, messages)

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
-
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive

Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items

Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)

Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure

High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism

Flexibility to work outside standard hours, if necessary

Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
