Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is discreet, professional, and capable of handling a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations both professionally and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required

  • Handle confidential information with discretion

  • Assist with personal tasks including errands, reservations etc.

  • Screen and manage communication (calls, emails, messages)

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence

  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive

  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items

  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)

  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure

  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism

  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours, if necessary

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
