Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Customer Relations Manager with a strong background in architecture and interior design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the coordination of design projects. This role requires a unique blend of architectural knowledge, interior design expertise, and exceptional communication skills to provide our clients with a seamless and delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  2. Project Coordination:
    • Collaborate with design and architectural teams to ensure client requirements are met.
    • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
    • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
    • Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and presentations.
  3. Design Expertise:
    • Provide expert advice on architectural and interior design aspects of projects.
    • Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding design choices, materials, and finishes.
    • Review and approve design plans and specifications to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  4. Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and generate new business.
    • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the companys services.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  5. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
    • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate project budgeting and invoicing.
    • Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer relations, project management, and design.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, interior design trends, and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
