Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Customer Relations Manager with a strong background in architecture and interior design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the coordination of design projects. This role requires a unique blend of architectural knowledge, interior design expertise, and exceptional communication skills to provide our clients with a seamless and delightful experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with design and architectural teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
- Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and presentations.
- Design Expertise:
- Provide expert advice on architectural and interior design aspects of projects.
- Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding design choices, materials, and finishes.
- Review and approve design plans and specifications to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and generate new business.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the companys services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate project budgeting and invoicing.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relations, project management, and design.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, interior design trends, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
