Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Lead to drive our marketing initiatives across the region. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop Marketing Strategy:
Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement effective marketing strategies for the Global market, ensuring alignment with the global brand and local market trends.
- Campaign Design and Execution:
Oversee the creation of marketing materials (digital, print, video, etc.) with a focus on high-quality, visually engaging content. Work closely with internal creative teams to ensure design consistency and brand integrity.
- Graphic Design Expertise:
Take the lead in producing top-tier graphics, layouts, and visual concepts for a variety of marketing channels, including social media, email, advertising, and events. Maintain a high level of design standards and attention to detail.
- Content Development and Brand Messaging:
Ensure that all marketing content and materials are on-brand, tailored to Global market, and effectively communicate key messaging that drives engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with global marketing, sales, and product teams to adapt campaigns to meet regional needs, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are cohesive and impactful.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and design elements to optimize performance. Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on campaign progress and outcomes.
- Quality Assurance:
Maintain a strong focus on quality control in all aspects of marketing production, ensuring that materials are error-free, well-designed, and meet the highest standards of excellence.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, with a strong portfolio in graphic design for both digital and traditional media.
- Expert proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong eye for detail and quality control in all creative outputs.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Experience in international or global marketing and understanding of regional market nuances.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and local languages, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude towards design and marketing challenges.
- Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a global or multi-national marketing environment.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
