Our client is an esteemed nursery school that was established in 1993. With a solid presence across the UK and the UAE, they are dedicated to providing a nurturing early childhood education experience inspired by the Montessori philosophy.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Teacher to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children, fostering their intellectual, social, and emotional development. The KG teacher will report directly to the Principal of Kindergarten and play a key role in laying the foundation for a positive educational experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the kindergarten curriculum, ensuring a balance between educational, creative, and play activities.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and cooperation. Manage student behavior effectively, fostering a respectful and supportive environment.
  • Recognize and address the diverse needs of students, providing differentiated instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
  • Establish and maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress, conducting parent-teacher conferences, and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other kindergarten teachers, educational support staff, and administrators to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to the school community.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
  • Stay informed about current educational practices, attend professional development opportunities, and actively seek ways to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times, following established procedures and protocols. Foster a caring and secure classroom environment.

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant qualification Western education - B.A in education or leadership diploma or equivalent cache level 5.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for Montessori Education and a firm conviction in its positive influence on children's development.
  • Display patience and empathy, creating a supportive and caring environment that fosters children's growth.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interactions with children, parents, and colleagues.
