Summary

The Sales Executive (Textile Production) drives revenue growth by promoting the companys textile manufacturing services—such as blankets, pillows, and related products—to B2B clients across the GCC. The role focuses on developing new business, managing client relationships, preparing commercial proposals, and coordinating with production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, while consistently meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in textile manufacturing, HORECA, or retail sectors.

  • Good understanding of textile production processes (manufacturing, dyeing, finishing, printing) is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with proven closing ability.

  • Capable of preparing competitive quotations and commercial proposals.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

  • Customer-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Able to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities and expand the client base within the GCC.
  • Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • Promote textile production capabilities to both existing and new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and major accounts.
  • Conduct regular client visits to assess requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Act as the main contact for inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback to management on pricing, demand, and product development.
  • Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communicate client specifications, timelines, and quality expectations clearly to internal teams.
  • Track orders from confirmation to delivery and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer data.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
