What you'll do:
- Respond to employee enquiries and provide support where necessary.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job advert preparation, supporting hiring teams, and conducting reference checks.
- Lead onboarding and induction processes for new starters, continuously improving the experience.
- Draft correspondence, letters, and offers of employment.
- Provide support with payroll administration activities.
- Manage People Team-related content on the Staff Intranet and People Post newsletter.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and maintain HR documentation.
- Support learning and development initiatives and manage employee life-cycle activities.
What you'll bring:
- A people-first mindset, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships.
- Practical HR experience and knowledge of employment law.
- A knack for juggling priorities while staying cool under pressure.
- Bachelors degree or proven experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, and training.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
