Are you an experienced education manager with a passion for delivering impactful training programs? NATA is seeking an Education Manager to lead a high-performing team, manage end-to-end training operations, and ensure our education programs align with industry needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of public and in-house training programs.
  • Ensure training content is high-quality, relevant, and meets industry standards.
  • Manage the administration team to ensure seamless scheduling, bookings, and customer support.
  • Oversee logistics, including venue arrangements, training materials, and technology setup.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of skilled trainers, ensuring their professional development.
  • Engage with clients and industry stakeholders to tailor training solutions to their needs.
  • Manage training budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and digital tools to enhance training.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership in education management, training delivery, or corporate learning (8+ years).
  • Experience in managing end-to-end training programs and ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage trainers and administrative staff.
  • Excellent client relationship management with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Expertise in training administration, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Commercial acumen, including experience in budgeting and financial performance management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with an innovation mindset.
