Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, and will be able to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written posts) across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to inform future strategies and content creation.
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to ensure our strategies are current and effective.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance our online presence and reach new audiences.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within the vape or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
