Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. As a Graphic designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing a wide range of visual content to support our marketing, branding, and product initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative design ideas to life while ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for digital, print, and social media campaigns.
- Create visual assets such as brochures, packaging, web graphics, banners, presentations, and advertisements.
- Design and develop POSM (Counter Displays, Shelf Talkers, Banners, Posters, etc.) and merchandise (T-shirts, promotional items, etc.) for trade and retail environments.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across POSM and merchandise.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure designs align with business objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and software.
- Ensure all designs meet technical requirements and are production-ready.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or related roles. Experience in trade design, with a focus on POSM and/or merchandise are bonus.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in creating effective retail and trade displays, with knowledge of printing and production processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of design principles, brand development, and customer engagement strategies.
