Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilising data provided by telemarketing representatives to pursue promising leads, convert difficult leads into customers, and optimize sales processes to increase conversion rates and reduce costs. The Telesales Representative will play a key role in cold calling, building brand recognition, and leaving a positive impression of the company through effective communication and customer relations in Digital Platform.

Responsibility :-

1. Build strong relationships with clients, including retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
2. Convert challenging leads into customers through persuasive techniques and persistence.
3. Increase conversion rates by refining sales strategies, improving communication techniques, and leveraging data-driven insights.
4. Excel at cold calling by employing effective communication strategies and handling objections skill fully.
5. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, social media, and industry associations.
6. Build strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty and recognition.
7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and merging market.
8. Actively follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely and successful closure of sales.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
6. High level of professionalism and customer-oriented attitude.
7. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
