Main Purpose of Job:
The Business Administrator is responsible for tracking and monitoring department-related tasks to ensure the efficient operation of business activities within Nsty Worldwide Sdn Bhd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget Tracking:
- Monitor and manage department budgets to ensure accurate and timely tracking of expenditures and financial records.
- Project Entry & Monitoring:
- Enter and oversee project details, ensuring they are progressing according to schedule and within budget.
- Meeting Arrangement & Documentation:
- Organize and arrange meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of meeting minutes and action items.
- Monitoring POSM Order vs Actual:
- Track Point of Sale Materials (POSM) orders, comparing planned orders to actual deliveries and ensuring discrepancies are addressed.
- Sales Performance Tracker:
- Maintain and update sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the management team.
- Sales Order Issuance Support and Related Statement of Accounts:
- Support the issuance of sales orders and manage related financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Leads Management Tracking:
- Monitor and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
- Other Administrative Support:
- Provide additional administrative support as required, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.
Key Performance Objectives:

- Achieve 100% completion on budget tracking and record maintenance.
- Achieve 100% completion on project tracking and record keeping.
- Achieve 100% completion on meeting minutes and action follow-up.
- Achieve 100% completion on POSM tracking order and record based on the plan.
- Achieve 100% completion on sales performance data and tracking.
- Achieve 100% completion on sales ordering support and related statement of accounts.
- Achieve 100% completion on leads management tracking.
- Achieve 100% completion on other administrative support tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
