Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote our products. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and project management capabilities to ensure successful execution and measurement of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will also focus on growing our brand’s social media presence, executing product launches, maximising in-store reach, and developing team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, and event marketing.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery and effectiveness of campaigns.
Deliver a minimum of 2 thematic campaigns per year and 4 tactical campaigns per year to acquire new users, retain existing users, and minimise churn.
- Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Analyse market data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
Work with the local Content Team to identify trends, customer needs, and content suited to the market.
- Content Creation and KOL Management:
Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials such as brochures, emails, social media posts, and blogs.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
Produce and proofread all copy provided by the team to ensure streamlined communications.
Work with the local Content Team to ensure a list of ready-to-deploy Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the market.
Strategise with the local Content Team to constantly produce product and brand content locally to generate more local interest.
- Budget Management:
Manage the budget for marketing projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness.
Track and report on budget performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics like ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Provide constant reporting of campaign performance.
Optimise campaigns based on performance.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Support the sales team with marketing materials and initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Social Media Presence:
Develop and execute strategies to grow the brand’s social media presence in the market.
Engage with the online community to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
- Product Launches:
Plan and execute successful product launches both online and on-ground to increase product awareness in the market.
Drive retailer opt-in for newly launched products through targeted campaigns and engagement activities.
- In-Store Reach:
Maximise in-store reach by deploying and monitoring point-of-sale materials (POSMs).
Ensure effective placement and visibility of marketing materials in retail environments.
- Team Development:
Manage and develop the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure career growth and development.
Establish clear career paths and opportunities for professional advancement within the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an Agency setting.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
