Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Executive will assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, support content creation and social media activities, and help with market research and analysis. This role is ideal for a passionate marketer who is eager to contribute to the success of our brand and develop their marketing skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support:
- Writing brief, produce MOM and produce copy for anything related to campaign
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, print, and event marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Support the Marketing Manager in delivering thematic and tactical campaigns aimed at acquiring new users and retaining current users.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to gather data on trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Work with the local Content Team to identify trends, customer needs, and content suited to the market.
- Analyse market data to support marketing strategies and decisions.
- Content Creation and KOL Coordination:
- Assist in the creation and production of marketing materials such as brochures, emails, social media posts, and blogs.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Work with the local Content Team to manage a list of ready-to-deploy Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the market.
- Support the production of product and brand content to generate local interest.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the brands social media presence in the market.
- Engage with the online community to enhance brand visibility and user engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for feedback and trends to inform content strategies.
- Product Launch Support:
- Assist in planning and executing successful product launches both online and on-ground.
- Help increase product awareness in the market and drive retailer opt-in for newly launched products.
- In-Store Marketing:
- Support the deployment and monitoring of point-of-sale materials (POSMs) to maximise in-store reach.
- Ensure effective placement and visibility of marketing materials in retail environments.
- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics like ROI, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to support cohesive marketing strategies.
- Provide marketing support to the sales team to drive sales growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role, Agency setting background is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Digital Marketing Analytics Google, Hootsuite).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
