Position: Marketing Executive/Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to enhance online presence.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics.
- Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance the brand image of Nsty F&B Lomak Salai across all channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging in all marketing materials and communications.
- Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing marketing content.
- Product Promotion:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including product launches, events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with local influencers and bloggers to promote our products.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and identify new market opportunities.
- Gather and analyze competitor data to stay ahead in the market.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all campaigns are cost-efficient.
- Track expenses and ROI of marketing activities to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Customer Engagement:
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to build strong relationships with our audience.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback on social media and other platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.).
Preferred:
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns for F&B products.
- Knowledge of local and regional market trends in the F&B sector.
