Position: Marketing Executive/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
    • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  2. Digital Marketing:

    • Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to enhance online presence.
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics.
  3. Brand Management:

    • Maintain and enhance the brand image of Nsty F&B Lomak Salai across all channels.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging in all marketing materials and communications.
    • Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing marketing content.
  4. Product Promotion:

    • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including product launches, events, and partnerships.
    • Collaborate with local influencers and bloggers to promote our products.
    • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
  5. Market Research:

    • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and identify new market opportunities.
    • Gather and analyze competitor data to stay ahead in the market.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
  6. Budget Management:

    • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all campaigns are cost-efficient.
    • Track expenses and ROI of marketing activities to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  7. Customer Engagement:

    • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to build strong relationships with our audience.
    • Handle customer inquiries and feedback on social media and other platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.).

Preferred:

  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns for F&B products.
  • Knowledge of local and regional market trends in the F&B sector.
