The Role

Were looking for a Senior KOL & Influencer Marketing Executive to manage our influencer network, campaign collaborations, and social activations.
Youll be responsible for finding, engaging, and managing KOLs, turning creative ideas into impactful content that supports our Go-to-Market (GTM) and Route-to-Market (RTM) activities.

This role sits within the Marketing & Business Development team and works closely with digital, brand, and sales functions to ensure KOL campaigns drive awareness, engagement, and real market results.

What Youll Do

1. KOL & Influencer Management

Identify and evaluate suitable KOLs, creators, and micro-influencers across regions.

Negotiate collaborations, contracts, and deliverables.

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent agencies.

Ensure content output aligns with brand tone, compliance, and market goals.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

Support campaign planning aligned with GTM/RTM priorities.

Develop influencer briefs and ensure clear communication of objectives.

Manage timelines, deliverables, and content approval processes.

Coordinate with digital and design teams for creative alignment.

3. Performance & Reporting

Track influencer performance using engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.

Consolidate campaign reports and summarize insights for management.

Suggest improvements for future KOL and activation strategies.

4. Internal Collaboration

Work with marketing, digital, and sales teams to ensure KOL efforts support broader campaigns.

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain for product seeding and gifting.

Support creative and social teams in developing brand content calendars.

Who You Are

3-6 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media campaigns.

Experience in FMCG, lifestyle, or tobacco / vape categories preferred.

Strong understanding of content, platforms, and creator dynamics.

Skilled in brief writing, negotiation, and campaign reporting.

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented able to manage multiple campaigns at once.

A people person who builds strong relationships and communicates clearly.
