The Role

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to support our market/product launches, campaigns, and route-to-market activations.

You'll be the connector between client, internal teams, and execution managing requests, building launch plans, and ensuring GTM activities move from idea to shelf seamlessly.

This is a perfect role for someone from an agency background who understands marketing strategy, client management, and project execution now ready to apply those skills to a fast-moving global FMCG / tobacco environment.

What You'll Do

1. Client & Project Management

Act as the main contact point for distributors, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Manage marketing and GTM briefs from concept to delivery.

Coordinate approvals, timelines, and follow-ups to keep projects moving.

Ensure every execution aligns with brand and business objectives.

2. Go-to-Market & Route-to-Market Support

Translate GTM strategy into actionable execution plans.

Work closely with sales, logistics, and marketing to support market entry, distribution setup, and launch activation.

Track GTM performance visibility, availability, and offtake.

Support trade marketing and retail programs to ensure on-shelf execution.

3. Internal Team Coordination

Collaborate with designers, digital marketers, KOL, and production teams.

Ensure all marketing assets (POSM, visuals, digital content) are aligned and delivered on time.

Work with supply chain and logistics to sync marketing rollouts with stock flow.

4. Sales & Market Activation

Support sales and BD teams to achieve offtake targets and retail visibility.

Plan and coordinate sampling, trade promotions, and retail activities.

Gather market feedback and propose improvements for future GTM waves.

Who You Are

3-6 years' experience in a marketing agency or brand marketing environment.

Strong understanding of marketing, GTM, and RTM execution.

Skilled in client communication and project management.

Comfortable managing cross-functional teams (design, digital, logistics).

Sharp, proactive, and detail oriented.

Experience in FMCG or tobacco category is a big plus.

Energetic and adaptable thrives in fast-paced, global settings.
