About the job Junior B2B Marketing Specialist
About us
We are a technology company operating in the field of sustainable industrial solutions and biotechnology. Now, we are actively expanding our commercial activities – both in terms of our products and our proprietary technology – and we are looking for a person who can support this process on an operational level.
There is no dedicated Marketing department in the company – you will work directly with the person responsible for communications and coordination with the sales team.
What you will do:
This is a hands-on role, focused on execution and working with tools:
You will work with a CRM / marketing automation platform (HubSpot):
o Generating marketing qualified leads
o Entering and maintaining a lead database
o Tagging and building a basic pipeline structure
o Preparing leads for handover to the sales team
You will identify potential leads from:
o AI driven desk research
o LinkedIn
o events, conferences, and online forms
You will support the management of LinkedIn Ads campaigns (B2B):
o working with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
o setting up basic campaigns and target audiences
o collecting and processing leads from campaigns
You will prepare and launch email campaigns (B2B):
o creating and managing contact lists
o audience segmentation
o working with ready-made templates
o embedding links, videos, and CTAs
Who we are looking for:
o Completed or ongoing education in marketing, business, economics, or digital-related fields
o Experience or training with CRM and/or email marketing platforms (experience with HubSpot is a strong advantage)
o Basic hands-on experience with email campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar
o Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
o Excellent level of English, both written and spoken
o Genuine interest in industrial, technical, or technology-based solutions
