Surgery Center Administrator

Fort Bend County, TX | Full-time, On-site

A multispecialty ambulatory surgery center is seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee facility operations and financial performance.

The center has four operating rooms and two procedure rooms. Approximately 65% of its procedures are GI, with additional specialties including general surgery, urology, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, and pain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations, staffing, and employee performance.
• Manage budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, staff, and the governing board.
• Oversee quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

• At least three years of senior healthcare management experience.
• ASC leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure.
• Experience managing operations, budgets, and financial performance.
• Strong physician relationship and team leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
