Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift

Incentives:

• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $15,000 with a two-year commitment

Work Schedule:

• Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Rotating Weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
  • Administer medications, collect specimens, and perform clinical treatments.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and elimination.
  • Monitor, document, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Care Coordination:
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care, including transfers, discharges, and referrals.
  • Provide spiritual and psychosocial support as needed.
• Patient Advocacy:
  • Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Educate patients and families based on their age, culture, condition, and specific needs.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
