About the job Federal Tax Partner
Experience:
- 8 to 15 years advising on U.S. federal tax matters in connection with cross-border issues involving both high-net-worth individuals and business entities with a minimum of 5-years of related experience in a law firm setting.
Responsibilities:
- Offer expert advice and guidance on a comprehensive spectrum of U.S. federal business and personal tax matters.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients, encompassing domestic and international tax concerns.
- Serve a diverse clientele including multi-national Fortune 500 companies, public companies, privately held businesses, emerging technology firms, venture capitalists, investors, business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Stay abreast of evolving tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize tax efficiencies for clients.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of complex tax issues, offering tailored solutions to meet client objectives.
- Collaborate with legal teams and stakeholders to develop holistic tax strategies aligned with business goals.
- Deliver clear and concise explanations of tax implications to clients, empowering them to make informed decisions.
