WHO R U?
Reporting to the Merchandising Manager as the newest member of our growing product team. You are commercially driven and have a good understanding of implementing and managing Merchandising and Buying processes. You will also be
ANALYTICAL: You are passionate about collecting and analysing sales performance to make informed decisions on trade activity.

ORGANISED: You are detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in line with critical path deadlines.
COLLABORATIVE: You are confident working with multiple stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and coordinating efforts to achieve desired outcomes
THE ROLE
PLANNING
Support the Merchandising Manager, contributing to the day-to-day running of the department
Work closely with the Merchandising Manager to propose buy ratios for newness and restocks
Ensure smooth running of the critical path by working closely with production to maintain key deadlines
Work closely with the Merchandising Manager to implement, manage and produce clear and concise reporting to assist with trading and buying decisions
Work collaboratively with the wider product team to strategise new product opportunities through analysing departmental performance, trend analysis and competitor analysis
Understand the UK / USA marketplace and carry out competitive analysis for both direct and aspirational competitors
Participate in reviewing drop frequency and managing the NAMED launch calendar
MAXIMISING SALES & PROFIT:
Work closely with Merchandising Manager and Head of Product to ensure key lines have optimum stock availability
Support the implementation of a clear restock strategy
Leverage historical data / trend and competitor analysis to inform and select cohesive drops
Weekly trade review to identify new trading and buy opportunities
Work alongside the Merchandising Manager and Ecom team to understand the community and ensure effective stock management on the website
Work alongside the CX team to ensure correct stock visibility on the site at all times
BUYING & SUPPLY CHAIN
Work closely with the Design team to implement a cohesive buying strategy that will help form monthly drop planning
Work cross-functionally to implement a market analysis strategy that will help to inform category planning
Good knowledge of supply chain processes to enable effective open to buy planning
A GOOD FIT LOOKS LIKE

3+ years of experience in a similar role within the Retail Apparel and Fashion industry
A genuine passion and immense knowledge of streetwear
Strong ability to analyse sales data and market trends to inform decision-making
Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment, with a record of delivering successful projects
Highly organised and self-sufficient with an ability to troubleshoot, prioritise and support multiple projects simultaneously, whilst working closely with the design and product development team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Shopify is a plus
