THE ROLE

HR Admin & People Ops Support

  • Provide general HR admin support such as, but not limited to, maintaining team records, managing onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures.

  • Be the first point of contact for team queries on HR policy and basic matters, ensuring an informative, responsive and positive experience for everyone.

  • Assist with team benefits and payroll coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.

  • Ensure all personnel data is accurately updated on our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with GDPR regulations.

  • Process team changes, such as scope of role changes and resignations.

  • Assist with audits and reporting related to HR activities.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support recruitment efforts by managing job postings, working with recruitment agencies, and scheduling interviews.

  • Coordinate the recruitment pipeline from posting to offer stage, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

  • Conduct pre-employment checks such as referencing and right-to-work checks.

  • Assist with candidate assessments where required.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new team members, including preparation of documentation, setting up accounts, and working with their manager to deliver an memorable experience.

Employee Events & Engagement

  • Coordinate and organise internal events and team socials (e.g. summer and winter parties, celebrations, wellness initiatives), fostering a vibrant, inclusive culture.

  • Work with the Head of People to implement engagement strategies that keep our team motivated and connected.

  • Supporting Senior Studio Coordinator to ensure the studio space is optimally arranged to meet the needs of the team.

Learning + Development

  • Maintain records of training completed by employees to ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.

  • Assist in identifying training needs within the company.


A GOOD FIT LOOKS LIKE

  • 2+ years of experience in a People / HR team

  • Experience supporting a fast-paced, high-growth environment ideally within the creative, fashion, or lifestyle sectors

  • Experience using HR software or HRIS systems

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, processes, and UK employment law

  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality support

  • A passion for building and maintaining a positive experience for all team members

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to connect with employees at all levels and act as a point of support

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
