THE ROLE
Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Lead the end-to-end supply chain, from inbound logistics to last-mile delivery, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Evaluate and optimise our current fulfilment operations, ensuring we are using the most competitive partners and facilities in the UK.
Build a strong global shipping strategy, balancing cost, speed, and customer experience across key markets.
Manage relationships with freight forwarders, 3PL partners, couriers, and other key logistics providers.
Work with finance and commercial teams to negotiate contracts and reduce operational costs.
Warehouse & Fulfilment
Assess and future-proof our warehousing needs, ensuring we are set up to scale efficiently.
Develop and refine stock management processes to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
Oversee returns processing and reverse logistics, ensuring an efficient and cost-effective approach.
International Expansion & Compliance
Develop a global logistics strategy to support expansion and localisation in key international markets.
Optimise cross-border shipping solutions to improve delivery times and costs.
Ensure full compliance with international duties, import/export regulations, VAT, and customs requirements in major territories.
Stay ahead of regulatory changes that impact global fulfilment and logistics.
Operational Efficiency & Performance Optimisation
Develop and monitor KPIs for fulfilment, shipping, and logistics (e.g. shipping times, order accuracy, cost per order).
Identify and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency in order management, tracking, and warehousing.
Drive a continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying areas for cost-saving and process enhancements.
Build a high-performance operations team, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
Community Experience
Coach, mentor, and develop the Community Experience Team, empowering them to deliver outstanding customer interactions while nurturing a high-performance, results-oriented environment.
Assist in managing customer service processes to improve satisfaction and resolve issues swiftly as well as ensuring any logistics-related issues are handled efficiently.
Work with the team to drive proactive community engagement and upselling opportunities.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with eCommerce, Finance, and wider teams to align operational strategy with business growth.
Partner with product and buying teams to ensure inventory flow is seamless and aligned with demand.

5+ years of experience working in a similar role
Proven experience in a senior operations/logistics role within a fast-scaling eCommerce or retail business.
Strong expertise in warehousing, 3PL management, fulfilment operations, and supply chain strategy.
Deep knowledge of international shipping, duties, customs, and compliance in key global markets.
Excellent negotiation skills with experience securing cost-effective contracts with logistics providers.
Strong leadership capabilities to build and develop an operations team.
Highly analytical with experience managing operational KPIs and cost-saving initiatives.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and able to adapt quickly to change.
Experience working in fashion, streetwear, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
Familiarity with inventory planning and demand forecasting tools.
Knowledge of operational software solutions such as WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP systems, and shipping platforms.
Demonstrated ability to lead a customer service team, creating strategies to improve satisfaction and customer retention
