THE ROLE

  • Support the Organic Social Media Strategy Manager in the ideation and planning of the social media strategy across our owned, paid and earned channels, specifically Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.

  • Be a Tone of Voice expert, utilising tactical writing approaches to ensure copy is in line with the brand identity and social strategy.

  • Alongside other team members, own the uploading of social media content through designated channels presenting a monthly posting schedule to ensure content is uploaded efficiently at optimised times, for maximum engagement. Own the ability to reply to social comments and build positive community relations.

  • Coordinate and post content across all social media channels including TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest and WhatsApp that engages with and excites our community.

  • Be confident creating visually appealing Instagram Story posts that utilise in-app features.

  • Actively contribute to team briefs on weekly/monthly strategy.

  • Be a Tone of Voice expert, utilising tactical writing approaches to ensuring copy is in line with the brand identity and social strategy.

  • Support the delivery of new channels.

  • Assist the team by reporting, analysing and advising across performance, format, scheduling, and audience, to ensure the most effective approach to campaign optimisation.

  • Be a maintenance guardian for our social platforms, ensuring links, tags and bios are updated at all times.

  • Build and maintain an understanding of industry trends to help make informed recommendations on social briefs as well as identifying new and emerging channel opportunities to grow the brand in key markets.

  • Be an expert on social trends, feeding any insights into the wider Social Media Team.


A GOOD FIT LOOKS LIKE

  • A love for the brand and understanding of our mission!

  • 1+ years of experience working in a similar role.

  • Obsessed with Instagram and TikTok.

  • Equipped with exceptional writing skills, a sharp eye for grammar and fact-checking.

  • Have proven copywriting ability and be able to effectively utilise our brand tone of voice to produce social copy for content calendars.

  • Highly organised, self-sufficient with an ability to prioritise and drive multiple projects simultaneously.

  • An understanding of and experience uploading multiple campaigns across our organic digital channels.

  • Proven ability to publish social content with a high degree of precision. Understanding that out-of-hours uploads will be required due to the nature of social media.

  • Strategic voice and analytical skills to help ensure copy, formats and plans are optimised for platforms to drive scale and engagement.

  • Experience developing and implementing effective processes and ways of working.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Based in London.

  • Eligible to work in the UK.
