Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce as our newest Ecommerce Coordinator you are obsessed with all things Ecommerce and have a strong interest in fashion, especially streetwear, as well as emerging digital trends. You are also

THE ROLE
Coordinate and execute product building for new product launches working closely with Product Development, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing and Merchandising in line with the critical path
Prepare and update product stock and information for product restock launches
Work closely with Merchandising and Community Experience teams to ensure stock inventory is accurate in Shopify
Ensure product listings are up-to-date, accurate, and optimised for search engines featuring quality imagery, compelling descriptions, and relevant keywords
Review tagging and product categorisation accuracy in Shopify to improve product discoverability
Assist with visual merchandising of our websites to drive conversion whilst maintaining the NAMED brand identity
Work closely with the Ecommerce team and other business areas with the execution of digital activations
Support with daily, weekly and monthly website audits to monitor the performance of user navigation, homepage, category, product, search, cart and checkout pages
Support with daily, weekly and monthly reporting on key department metrics
Complete regular competitor reviews to feed into Ecommerce strategies
Support the refinement of processes to improve product building critical path
Assist with SEO improvements initiatives to drive organic traffic on site
Share and present ideas to the Ecommerce team to improve site performance
Assist with site development user acceptance testing for new site developments
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Solid understanding of Ecommerce Principles
Practical experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) with Shopify being a plus
Comfortable working with large datasets with strong experience with Excel or Google Sheet and is confident with performing intermediate formulas such as lookups
Experience using GA4/ Google Analytics 4, Shopify Analytics or similar tools for reporting
Experience with product building and critical path to getting products live
Some experience in using data insights to drive on-site improvements
A GOOD FIT LOOKS LIKE
A love for the brand and understanding of our mission!
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Ecommerce, with experience within an international retail environment a plus
Confident using CMS systems, with Shopify being a plus
A genuine passion for Ecommerce

Experience working in a fast-paced and creative environment
Comfortable working with product and performance data
