Job Summary:
Join a company that owns three creative gift stores, specializing in souvenirs, jewelry, and gifts. The Store Sales Manager will oversee retail operations, drive sales growth, and manage store teams. This role requires retail management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans, policies, and strategies to increase revenue.
- Supervise and manage store staff, including training, mentoring, and recruitment planning.
- Assist with store sales and day-to-day operations as needed.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and customer experience metrics.
- Ensure stores operate efficiently and maintain a high standard of presentation.
- Coordinate across stores to maintain consistency in operations and brand standards.

Requirements:
- seeking candidates proficient in English to effectively communicate with English-speaking clients.
- Proven retail management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work across multiple store locations.
- Willingness to assist in store operations as needed.
