Position: Food Delivery Rider
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Employment Type: 1 year Contract-based, with possible renewal based on performance.
Salary:
- 70-80 euros per day net tips (on average 2 euros per order)
- Per month only tips come out to 100-200 euros.
Working Hours:
- Number of working hours: minimum 180 hours per month, if there is a desire to work more, then there is the possibility of working up to 250 hours.
Insurance: Full health and safety insurance as per Serbian labor laws.
Conditions:
- Meals: at the expense of the employee.
- Accommodation: 150 euros per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking up food orders from restaurants and delivering them to customers in a timely and safe manner.
- Ensuring accurate handling of food orders and customer addresses.
- Maintaining cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery bike or vehicle.
- Following company guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting any operational issues to the supervisor promptly.
Processing
Processing Time: Approximately 1-2 months for work permit issuance and visa application.
Steps:
1. Submission of required documents.
2. Work permit processing by the employer.
3. Visa application and biometric appointment.
4. Travel arrangement and arrival in Serbia.
Requirements
- Physical fitness to handle warehouse tasks.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Ability to ride a scooter/electric bike/bike.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime if required.
- Team-oriented mindset and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
