Salary Package:
Salary: Approximately USD5000 (gross)
During the probation period, the salary will be 90% of the base pay
Various allowances available
Annual working days: 245 days
Annual holidays: 120 days
Eligible for risk insurance, same as local staff
Housing allowance available (without support for rental procedures)
Support for procedures related to work permits and visas
Job Responsibilities:
- Accounting duties
Budget management: Budget formulation, expense budgeting, budget and actual performance management, and preparation of annual business plans
Management accounting: Performance reporting (daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts and actuals)
Financial affairs: Cash flow management, liaising with financial institutions, fixed asset management, and responding to both external and internal audits, including national tax audits.
- General affairs and HR duties
Planning annual bonuses and salary increase rates, issuing requests for approval to the headquarters, revising minimum wage, labor management (work environment, attendance, and welfare), etc.
Risk management of labor accidents, workplace incidents, and labor issues, as well as handling emergency situations
Managing annual implementation plans for legal maintenance and facility maintenance, cost management, and issuing requests for approval
Formulation and dissemination of department policies for Accounting & HR/General Affairs, tracking performance progress, labor management, and personnel evaluation of all department staff
Requirements:
University graduate (four-year degree)
At least 3 years of accounting experience
Experience working in a manufacturing company
Proficient in Japanese Language & English for daily conversation
Candidates who can start early will be given priority
