Position: Customer Service
Salary Package: RM1,800 - RM3,000
Working Location: Mid Valley Southkey, JB
Company Background: Beauty Salon
Working Days: 6 days/week, off day fall on weekdays
Working Hours: 10am - 7.30pm / 12.30pm - 10pm (2 shifts)
Job Descriptions:
- Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
- Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
- Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that theyre still satisfied with their purchases and services
- Letting patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a clients or customers questions
- Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
- Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
- Working with management to find appropriate solutions to problems
Job Requirements:
- Prefer candidate has beauty/aesthetic working experience
- Accept fresh graduates without experience
