Job Position: Lead Supervisor
Salary Range: Basic from RM4000- RM5000
Working hours : Tuesday - Sunday (9am - 7pm)
Location: Eco Botanic JB

Job Scopes

Operational Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, ensuring smooth service and efficiency
Implement and uphold health and safety standards, food hygiene, and cleanliness protocols
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste
Ensure adherence to opening and closing procedure

Team Leadership

Supervise, train, and mentor café staff, ensuring high performance and motivation
Prepare shift schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels at all times
Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and fostering a positive team environment
Handle staff performance issues and provide constructive feedback as needed

Customer Experience & Service:

Monitor and achieve sales targets, implementing strategies to boost revenue
Handle cash and electronic transactions, ensuring accuracy and security
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and operational metrics for management

Job Requirement

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a café, F&B, or hospitality environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field an advantage
