Job Title: Indoor Sales Executive

Salary Range: Basic RM3.6k - RM4.8k ( NO COMM ONLY BASIC )

Mon - Fri (8:00am - 5:45pm)

Working Location: Pasir Gudang JB

Job Description

1. Liaise with local customers and identify their needs

2. Coordinate with R&D department to prepare samples according to customer's needs

3. Deliver completed samples to customer

4. Process customer's order

5. Liaise with production and logistic department to ensure on time delivery of shipments

6. Deliver invoice to customer and follow up with payment collection

7. Attend to customer enquiries and complaints

8. Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

9. Follow workplace procedure and wear PPE set or other safety equipment when necessary

10. Adhere to company 's ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Environmental System and Procedures at all times_

11. Perform 5s and housekeeping duties

Requirments

1. Min 2 years sales experience in any field

2. Strong communication and presentation skills ( Must Fluent in Mandarin and better fluent in English and Malay also )
