Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite profitable Cyber Insurance business in line with the companys underwriting strategy and appetite.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Lloyds accredited brokers, corporate clients, and A+ rated capacity providers in London and internationally.

• Attract and manage quality capacity to support sustainable portfolio growth.

• Leverage proprietary data analytics and cyber risk intelligence to drive evidence-based underwriting and pricing decisions.

• Ensure compliance with delegated authority agreements and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop tailored solutions for complex cyber exposures, including first-party, third-party, and emerging cyber risks.

• Drive profitable growth of the Cyber Insurance portfolio, complementing the companys wider specialty offering.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in underwriting Cyber Insurance within the Lloyds and London Market.

• Strong broker and market relationships in London and internationally.

• Demonstrated ability to attract, retain, and grow underwriting capacity.

• Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

• Analytical and technically minded, comfortable applying cyber intelligence and data-driven insights to underwriting decisions.

• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and committed to building a sustainable, profitable book.
