About the Role

As a Senior Account Handler you will oversee complex, high-value proportional and excess of loss risk transfer contracts. Your role will involve strategic stakeholder liaison, contract management, and problem-solving, ensuring seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with Account Executives, Brokers, and Senior Management to develop broking strategies
• Prepare new/renewal business presentations for clients and markets
• Manage dashboards and oversee technical aspects of program servicing
• Troubleshoot issues related to contracts and overall business operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, regulatory bodies, and internal teams
• Act as a mentor to junior team members, supporting their development

What the Client is Looking For

• ️ Proven experience in USA Property and Casualty Reinsurance
• ️ In-depth knowledge of market practices, regulatory requirements & NAIC guidelines ️ Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large datasets
• ️ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• ️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Teams & contract management systems
