Are you an experienced Senior Claims Broker with a strong background in Direct & Facultative (D&F) insurance claims? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and excel at negotiating claims settlements with London and international markets?

About the Role

Leading Lloyds Broker is looking to hire a Senior Claims Broker in their Worldwide Property Division. You will be responsible for managing complex property, casualty, and liability claims and will be the key liaison for clients, insurers, and placing brokers providing exceptional service both pre-binding and post-loss. Your expertise in negotiation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement will be crucial in securing optimal outcomes for clients.

What the Client is Looking For

• Proven experience in property claims management with a focus on complex cases
• Strong negotiation & communication skills with international markets
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & familiarity with Total Objects system
• Relevant industry certifications (CII, ACII, FCII preferred)
