About the Role
As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that engage and inspire employees. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring that employees are informed, motivated, and aligned with the company's vision and values.Key
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies and plans.
- Create engaging content for various communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and social media.
- Collaborate with the Chief of People and other stakeholders to support the company's cultural journey.
- Manage employee feedback and engagement initiatives.
- Organise and coordinate internal events and activities.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
What the Client is Looking For
- Experience in internal communications, HR Business Partner (HR BP) roles, or marketing.
- Strong writing and content creation skills, and ideally possess an English degree.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
