Reporting directly to the Chief of People, this role is pivotal in shaping the company's cultural journey.

About the Role

As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that engage and inspire employees. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring that employees are informed, motivated, and aligned with the company's vision and values.Key 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies and plans.
• Create engaging content for various communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and social media.
• Collaborate with the Chief of People and other stakeholders to support the company's cultural journey.
• Manage employee feedback and engagement initiatives.
• Organise and coordinate internal events and activities.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.

What the Client is Looking For

• Experience in internal communications, HR Business Partner (HR BP) roles, or marketing.
• Strong writing and content creation skills, and ideally possess an English degree.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for enhancing employee experience and driving cultural change.
• Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
